Exchange Capital manages and delivers projects from fixed scope fee arrangements to sharing models around costs savings achieved through the appointment of Exchange Capital services.

Our comprehensive A to Z professional services model allows you to decide whether you wish for us to take the responsibility of managing and delivering the entire project scope or simply just providing subject matter expertise on a time and materials basis.

Our various Pricing Structures:

Option 1: Success Based Fee

• Exchange Capital ensures our client receives the best price the Capital Markets have to offer. We achieve this through the alignment of interests between ourselves and our clients. Exchange Capital charges a success-based fee calculated as a percentage of the savings achieved for our client.

Option 2: Fixed Project Fee

• Exchange Capital charges a fixed amount for a specified project. All projects are accurately scoped. Client expectations are managed through the project.

Option 3: Rate per Hour Fee

• Exchange Capital charges a fixed rate per hour. Use when project parameters and scope are not clearly definable.

Option 4: Hybrid Fee

• Exchange Capital can charge a hybrid between any combination of a Success-based Fee, Fixed Project Fee and/or a Rate Per Hour Fee.
