We support corporates with the review, audit and analysis of existing financial services utilised through current bank relationships. We highlight and harness opportunities to unlock greater efficiency around liquidity management, working capital management and bank fees, allowing our customers to gain greater efficiencies and cost savings. We provide, in partnership with the corporate, end-to-end project management of the review, selection and implementation of banking providers through working with leading financial institutions.

We provide guidance across business process improvement, implementation of core treasury, transactional banking, card and payment systems. We are responsible for the implementation of Shared Service Centers and regional processing models for Multinationals. In partnership with corporates we help manage legal contracts and negotiations with financial institutions. We focus on reducing costs associated with administration and management of multiple suppliers. We leverage industry best practice.
